Ashley Zarah is an Iranian artist born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. Her Iranian-influenced pop music represents the sound of “Iranian-America,” fusing musical traditions from around the world to joyously heal trauma while showcasing the beauty and richness of Persian-Judean culture. Zarah's dissonant and Iranian-influenced pop plays with the relationship between color and darkness; spotlighting our darkest demons who turn out to be the greatest dancers in the room, and reminding any troubled heart that no pain is worth the disposal of a life.
